Updating the virtual assistant website design
The completed WordPress web design gave the brand a striking new look. It also achieved the effect that My PA Online required.
The virtual assistant service wanted to convey three messages to potential customers. Firstly, to simply explain the benefits that a virtual assistant can bring to UK entrepreneurs. Secondly, the services that an assistant can help with. Thirdly, the offer of a free consultation.
We achieved this by setting out a nice big, bold header banner that immediately conveyed the offer of a free consultation. Striking teal coloured buttons were used to stand out and draw attention to them. The free consultation offer was reinforced throughout the page to drive traffic to the contact form.
The need to describe the benefits of a virtual assistant service followed the offer banner. The tasks that an assistant could help entrepreneurs with followed the benefits section to keep the front page of the website organised and on-message.
What’s more, to social proof the brand, we incorporated a slider with testimonials of happy clients. These customer reviews rotated in order to bring some movement to the page and engage viewers.
Building this virtual assistant website design with a bespoke WordPress theme saw it instantly stand out in a competitive marketplace. Furthermore, the responsive WordPress web design meant that it looked great on mobile phones and tablets too.

Responsive web design
Websites are most frequently visited by mobile phones, so we code responsive designs in to all of our sites. In this way our web designs standout on any screen size from desktop to mobile.
My PA Online therefore retained the impactful nature that they were going for on all screen sizes.
User experience at the forefront
A clean and striking user interface (UI) needs to be backed up by a great user experience (UX).
We incorporated some design tricks. We used a number of sloping gradients throughout the design to lead website visitors down the screen. We also used colour to clearly define each section and thus make them stand out.
We wanted potential customers to have an easy route through this virtual assistant website design. This journey started with extremely defined sections for each area of an entrepreneur’s business that a virtual assistant could help with. The objective was to then make it easy for them to get in touch on the contact page with the least number of clicks possible.

WordPress web design
Coding the projecting on the WordPress web design content management system saw a range of benefits for My PA Online.
Once the virtual assistant website design had been built, My PA Online could add new pages using the templates we had set up. What’s more, the business could alter and amend the services they offered through the user-friendly back end. Images could be uploaded, text changed or added, all without any coding experience.
Overall, My PA Online was a great virtual assistant website design to refresh and bring up-to-date.
